Duties:

  • Directing, optimizing and coordinating the full order cycle
  • Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumer Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
  • Order delivered within SLA and in a satisfactory manner.
  • Support the sales effort by ensuring customer has completed all the applicable tasks.
  • Process cancellations and ensure all partner services are cancelled, hardware is collected, and billing is halted.
  • Manage processes and relationships with installation and logistics partners. Drives specific process improvement, cost reduction and continuous improvement projects, as directed through automation, digitalization and optimization.
  • Note inventory levels and alert the relevant person to potential issues. Collaborate with procurement to manage inventory levels.
  • Respond to requests from key internal stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Ability to adapt work priorities to changing needs; develop and execute strategies
  • Be responsible for supervising, training, performance management preparation and communication of work schedules, and daily work assignments.
  • Includes duties from staff and self-development, coaching, counseling on performance feedback, up to initiating and assisting with corrective action Assist and participate with hiring, interviewing, selection and orientation process
  • Prepare detailed reports and maintain records and documentation according to guidelines in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics may be advantageous. Good computer skills and the ability to use business support software.
  • Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills.
