Full Job Description

We are in need of a well – versed and energetic individual to join our company in a Stock Administrator position.

Duties Include:

Ordering of all local stock

Creating Purchase orders for the Reps

Follow up on orders placed from start all the way to Booking in stock and

Mailing the GRV to the Rep and admin Person in that dept.

Also getting updated eta’s on purchase orders on back orders

Getting New supplier pricelists every start of each month, loading it on one drive

Also updated the daily stock on one driver per department

Then updating the purchase orders and advising the REP on the new ETA.

All sales-orders and Invoices for Breakdowns Done by SafetyGrip.

Running the consumable stock room

Doing a stock take once a week on Dept M

Also ADDING all the repairs (PATCHES ECT.) For the Tyres on the white Job cards

From start till being invoiced.

Assisting all the cash (walk in Client’s) from start to finish.

Doing the daily cash up every morning of the previous day, then submitting it to Debtors

Also handing in the Michelin invoices daily to the creditors department.

Assist with safetygrip holdings and Amasonto account with all GRV’S AND INVOICES

Creating of all stock codes in all the companies as needed , and screenshot of code created to be sent to office manager.

Requirements:

  • Residence in and around the Roodepoort Area
  • Must have 1 – 2 years experience in a Stock Administrator position
  • Able to handle pressure
  • Highly focused and detailed
  • Must be highly committed and ambitious
