Full Job Description

Mym is looking for graduates with a diploma in procurement, supply chain or other related courses, for the following duties :

1. Key job duties for Tender Administrator :

  • Compiling, and filling of tender documents in preparation for submissions (Printing and Binding of Documents)

b. Create and maintain tender spreadsheets/registers for prospective, submissions and awarded

c. Sourcing, acquiring & circulating tender documents.

  • Monitoring of new bid adverts daily and preparing summary in respect
  • Arranging payment, briefings, and collection of bid documents
  • Analyze tender information and summarize tender specifications (Check List)
  • Maintain, monitor & respond to the tender mailbox (Extension of validities, Appointment letters etc

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: R5,000.00 per month
