Minimum requirements for the role:

  • Must have a degree in HR Management/Business Management/Industrial Psychology
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, including all aspects of process execution
  • Experience in the manufacturing/engineering industries would be advantageous
  • Previous experience in recruiting for technically skilled roles such as mechanical/ electrical/ engineering etc. would be ideal
  • Must have experience in utilizing the various online recruitment portals, job boards and print advertising

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Posting vacancies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, concluding background checks, arranging psychometric assessments for shortlisted candidates, preparing offer letters, arranging entry medicals and executing the onboarding process.
  • Leading career fairs and associated engagements with universities and other learning institutions to promote the Companys brand and attract suitable talent.
  • Providing support with audits pertaining to recruitment.
  • Ensuring that roles are closed within 100 days with a stretch target of 80 days.
  • Assisting with the development and maintenance of a candidate database, leveraging the relevant job boards, direct applications etc.
  • Compiling and reporting on recruitment metrics on a monthly basis, including demographics, time to hire etc.
  • Developing and executing the annual bursary sponsorship project plan as per the BBBEE Skills Development code 300 requirements, and in accordance with the approved budget requirements.

Salary package, including benefits, are highly negotiable depending on experience gained
