Manage, enhance and maintain overall administrative processes to ensure statutory compliance through effective business practices and overall customer satisfaction for the Franchise Life Middle Market segment.

Job outputs

  • Ensure FAIS compliance
  • General administration for the Franchise operations

  • Co-ordination of all training requirements between the independent contractors and service providers
  • Compilation of monthly reports

Qualification and experience

  • Matric with Mathematics and/or Accounting
  • Regulatory Exam (RE5) is an advantage
  • FSCA recognised qualification of NQF level 5 is an advantage
  • 3-5 years administrative experience in the insurance industry
