Candidate Responsibilities include but not limited to: Flagging, and paginating of claim files. Printing information from enatis, Home Affairs and all other links pertaining to file. Ad hoc duties. Movement of files and correspondence. Verification and Validation of claims. Record keeping. Stakeholder Relations. Interrogation. Qualifications and Experience: NQF 4 (Matric or Grade 12) qualification) or equivalent. Relevant 1 year working in an office environment. Technical and behavioural competencies required: Emotional Wisdom Ethics and Governance Customer orientation and Customer focus Computer literacy. Communication (Written, Verbal, listening). Customer service orientation. Professionalism. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Good organizational skills
