Job Specification…

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Connecting with Sales Qualified leads to schedule new business meetings (using LinkedIn, existing relationships and partner networks).
  • Setup and conduct a minimum of 8 new business appointments a week.
  • Hunting for and closing new business opportunities across our core offerings:
    • MPS
    • Software
    • Proffessional services
    • Office Automation
    • Cartridges
  • Actively growing the customer base and achieving sales targets across all core offerings.
  • Liaising with internal Green Office departments to secure new MPS clients.
  • Identifying client needs & objectives and meeting them within agreed deadlines.
  • Using Pastel Evolution and Internal CRM systems (training provided).
  • Ensuring all administration and CRM updates are completed weekly.
  • Budgets and targets are achieved monthly to ensure the companies growth.
  • Manage small to medium clients with the view to grow their monthly annuity business.

Qualification & Experience

  • Matric certificate as well as a relevant tertiary qualification beneficial (Sales/Marketing/B.Comm).
  • 2 – 3 years  Business development or sales experience is key.
  • Driver’s license and own reliable transport are essential.
  • Proficient on MS Office.
  • Buisness Solutions sales experience in the MPS, Document management and software applications environments will be preferential.
  • CRM or good customer relationship skill set.
