We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist our Country Executive.

 

This role will provide a lot of exposure to senior executives inside and outside the bank. It will involve a mix of tasks which are not solely confined to diary management or travel organization. The candidate will support the organization of key events to which senior executives and policy makers participate, will get an overview of the marketing activities.

 

As an Administrative Assistant your main responsibilities will involve:

 

  • Diary management, including organising internal/external meetings and conference calls
  • Booking and making all necessary arrangements for business travel
  • Handling expenses using Concur and Ariba system
  • Admin assistance for all expenses and admin needs in order to support the International office
  • Pre-empt and highlight to the Business Manager out of policy expenses
  • Develop knowledge of managers’ contacts in the public policy space internally and also externally and the marketing internal and external contacts
  • Integrate with the broader Communication and ESG teams and activities
  • Provide ad hoc support for the organization of key events

 

As an Administrative Assistant your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

 

Essential skills:

  • Experience or ability to interact with senior stakeholders inside and outside the bank including CEOs, government officials and ambassadors
  • Comfortable with processing expenses and dealing with contractors and external vendors
  • Excellent PC skills including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience with Concur, Ariba, Appian systems
  • Interest in International politics or marketing would be an asset
