AfriGIS is looking for a Support Centre Agent to join our team.

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
  • An Information Technology qualification.
Additional Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Access
  • Detail oriented

Job Specifications

Main Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and testing all services
  • Providing feedback to Support Centre Team Lead
  • Ensuring that accurate weekly, daily, and monthly reports are completed on time
  • Assisting clients (internal and external) with complaints and queries (telephonically and via e-mail)
  • Answering all incoming calls and handling caller’s inquiries
  • Assisting Support Centre Team Lead with any tasks required
